Our grass seed blend is a mixture of tall type fescues which are a proven durable grass for our CT climate. It is designed to be very drought resistant and works well in hot dry areas.It also works well where road salt can be an issue. Our blend contains endophytically enhanced seed which improves the disease and insect tolerance of the grass plants.

10lbs covers 2000 square feet of NEW lawn, coverage is higher when overseeding.
