Positions Available for Full time and Seasonal Landscape Garden Crew Members 

Are you a budding horticulturist who wants to learn the Natureworks methods of organic planting and garden care? We are looking for hard working people to join our landscape team! The positions involve working with our maintenance crews and occasional work in our Natureworks demonstration gardens. Crews maintain beautiful gardens by weeding, pruning, planting garden beds and containers. You must be passionate about plants and have a good work ethic. The position requires up to 40 hours per week during the growing season. 

Natureworks has been landscaping organically for over 40 years. We create innovative, exciting gardens that build a healthy ecosystem.

Learn while you work about native plants, pollinator pathways, edible landscaping, fine gardening, and the latest, cutting-edge plants. 

Our company culture includes a healthy work/life balance, continued education and teamwork. 

This is a full time, hourly position. Will consider part time work. Seasonal, from early March through early December. We work in all weather. Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds. Must have a driver's license, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail. 

Pay is competitive and based on experience in the field. Generous benefits package available.
