Natureworks Retail Store is Hiring for 2026

Positions Available-

Seasonal positions starting Late March through end of June/mid July, possibly longer. Needs to be able to learn our computerized cash register and have strong customer service skills. Busy, fun shifts and a weekend day is required.

Plant Salesperson- A flexible position for the right person, able to work on our busy days selling plants. Pollinator plant knowledge is a plus! One weekend day is required.

We are looking for energetic, positive, hard working applicants who enjoy engaging with customers and have a really positive, strong work ethic.

Working for Natureworks is an excellent way to LEARN about plants and organic gardening methods. We are a fun, energetic team!

Applicants must:

Be able to work at least one weekend day
Be able to lift and carry up to 40-50lbs
Be able to work in all types of weather
Be able to work hard, help customers with a smile, and work as a team
Use a computer based POS register
Be willing to help with anything needed (restocking, cleaning, answering phones, weeding, and other tasks).

A knowledge of plants and organic gardening methods are a plus. You will definitely learn on the job, we have over 43 years experience to share gardening organically!
