This variety is wonderful. Very dark green skin and tender white flesh make for delicious eating. This is a great variety to pick when tiny with the flowers still attached! Sow the seed directly into warm soil from mid-May and beyond. Once they sprout, expect to begin harvesting in 48-50 days! An ideal variety to repeat sow, up until mid-July. I usually sow a fast-growing summer squash right after I pull my garlic.
