A delicious, large and smooth-leaf lettuce that is ready in 43 days! Direct sow spinach in early spring as soon as the soil can be worked. We always cover our spinach with floating row covers to keep out the leaf miners. Continue sowing until early May and then begin in August for a fall crop.
