Have you ever grown spaghetti squash? It is a winter squash that is a warm season crop. Plant the seeds directly in the ground as soon as the soil can be worked. These are baby sized spaghetti squashes, each growing 4-5" long. Because of this, they only take 80 days from seed to harvest. Bake and then scoop out the spaghetti-like pulp with a fork. They are so yummy served with sauce and cheese or fresh herbs and olive oil. A climbing vine, provide support.
