This is an early producer, easy to grow. Pick green or allow to ripen to red. Peppers have a nice mild spice- hot but not too hot. A classic for all Mexican dishes, a must for make-your-own salsa.
Peppers are a warm season crop and must be started indoors in late March/early April. Don't even THINK about planting them outside until all danger of frost is over and the soil has warmed up. Start harvesting peppers 72 days after setting out transplants.
