Curly parsley is both delicious and pretty. It is lower growing than Italian flat leaf parsley, reaching only 10-12" in height. It is the best choice for edible landscaping and makes a nice garden edging. Sow the seed directly on the soil 4-6 weeks before the last frost. You can also start your parsley plants indoors. They are tolerant of mild frosts. Grows 12-18" tall. Parsely is technically a biennial but we grow it as an annual in CT. If it lives through the winter, the following spring it will bolt to seed. Parsley is a good choice for container gardens.
