A fun mixture of all different mustards and other spicy greens from our friends at High Mowing Seeds. As baby greens, they will be ready in a mere 21 days. Or grow on for full sized greens. Mustard greens are cool season plants. Sow the seed directly as soon as the ground can be worked. Sow again in late summer for a fall crop. Let them go to seed to feed late pollinators and if you want them to self sow- they will! Use mustard greens raw in salads or sandwiches for a serious kick, or cook them to mellow their heat. Pretty as an ornamental as well. Harvest like chard: a few medium leaves at a time.
