This is a BUSH form of annual morning glory. Growing 18-24" tall, it is smothered in the most intense blue flowers with yellow centers. A helpful hint: nick the seed with a file and soak overnight in liquid seaweed water to speed germination. You can start these seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before the last frost or direct sow in warm soil after danger of frost is over.
