
This is one of my favorite eggplants to grow. It is originally from Taiwan and produces long, skinny, bright lavender-purple eggplants up to 7" with white flesh. They are never bitter. I love to grill them! Egglplants are a warm season crop and must be started indoors 4-6 weeks before the last frost. They LOVE hot weather so don't even think of putting them out until it is truly warm. 65-75 days from transplant to harvest.
