Grow your own shallots! They are a gourmet treat. Each bag contains 15 shallot "sets", which are miniature bulbs. It doesn't get any easier than this! Plant in spring and harvest mid-late summer. This variety also stores well after curing. Store sets in a cool place (35-40 degrees) until planting.
